If you want to stay close you can utilize the coves access which includes a water access for kayak or canoes, fishing off the dock, and playground/picnic area. Shep Brown’s Boat Basin is a 5-minute drive around the bend and offers boat rentals and public boat launch.
With a short 10-minute drive and you can enjoy all that downtown Meredith has to offer. Plenty of restaurants, shops, movie theatre and public space on both Lake Winnipesaukee and Winnisquam. Iconic Weir’s beach and downtown Laconia is an easy 20 minute drive.
