After an initial property preview, we’ll develop a tailored Design Concept for the overall look and feel of your rental. Once the vision is set, we’ll handle the sourcing for you! This service can be done remotely through video conference.

• Design Concept: A comprehensive plan guiding the overall look of your property, including color palettes and furniture styles.
• Mood Board: A visual layout with photos of all design elements for each room (think wallpaper, paint, flooring).
• Sourcing Links: A Google sheet filled with direct links to purchase each item.
• Airbnb Essentials List: A curated checklist with links to all the must-have kitchen, bedding, and bathroom items to set your rental up for success!

Pricing: Tailored per project, based on design and installation scope, plus travel fees outside of the Boston area.  Typical rates range from $4–$6 per square foot.
